Before joining Airways in 2013, Pauline built a successful career at NATS in the UK, starting as a controller in 1983 and gaining extensive management experience in the enroute, terminal and airport air traffic control environments.
Kim joined Airways in 2010, and specialises in governance, change and culture. She has 15 years’ experience in audit, risk and business improvement, and has held senior roles with companies such as British Gas Trading and Deloitte where she led and delivered audit, business improvement and risk programmes for organisations in the United Kingdom.Read more
Tim was appointed Interim GM System Operator in May 2017.
After 11 years in the RNZAF, Tim first joined Airways in 1996 as an Air Traffic Controller. In 2005 Tim relocated to Dubai and was employed by Serco as a controller before being appointed as Deputy Head of Safety for Dubai Air Navigation Services (DANS) in 2008.
Andrew is responsible for managing commercial and strategic responsibilities with Airways key customers. These include airports, airlines, NZ Defence Force, MetService, general aviation, the Pacific Islands Aviation Investment Program, and World Bank.Read more
Phil is an air navigation services specialist and Performance Based Navigation expert. His role involves coordination with a range of Airways teams and functions including ATC, procedure design, charting, policy and standards, ATM software, safety and risk, and training – and also our external PBN stakeholders such as the CAA, airline operators and airport companies.Read more
Andy is an air traffic management professional with a background of national and international experience. His current role in System Operator is Manager Operations, where he is responsible for the 70-strong team providing approach/departure services at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports.Read more
