Airways Training's Study Abroad programmes give air traffic control and air traffic management students the opportunity to add an international experience to their education, at world leading training establishments in New Zealand.
New Zealand is one of the world’s best places to live and study. This is an unique experience for students who want to experience living in New Zealand, immerse themselves in the English language, and gain expert training from some of the best ATC/Air Traffic Management (ATM) instructors in the world.
Airways' main training campus is located in Christchurch, the largest city in the South Island of New Zealand, with a population of 390,000. Only 10 minutes from Christchurch International Airport, the training centre features state-of-the-art equipment, with highly realistic ATC simulators and dedicated computer laboratories. The campus also has recreation rooms, a cafeteria and a library dedicated to air traffic management literature.
The Palmerston North campus is located adjacent to Massey University. With a large student population, Palmerston North offers plenty of great cafes, bars, cinemas, shopping and recreation centres. The specifically designed training facilities offer modern classrooms, student common rooms, simulators and computer laboratories.
