We have a wide range of programmes that help our people understand our vision, business strategy and values.
The ‘Walk in my shoes’ programme includes a number of opportunities for people to partner with colleagues to learn and experience different roles and teams. Opportunities include spending the day shadowing one of our executives, visiting a control tower, attending a workshop to learn more about a new product or service, or joining engineers for a day on the runway.
Unplugged sessions with our executive team help to keep your finger on the pulse of how we are tracking and where we want to get to.
We have our own in-house training centre providing a broad range of operational training. The Training Centre offers courses in everything you need to do your job more effectively. These include all of the Microsoft programmes, and courses in stress resilience, health and safety, and presentation skills, through to risk management and technical operational courses required for your role.
And outside of these programmes, we offer plenty of support to continue your learning, such as study assistance and on-the-job training.
