Our Approach to ATC Selection
1. Online application process
SureSelect uses a web-based automated application system designed to screen out as many unsuitable candidates as possible during the initial phase of the recruitment process.

2. Pre-screening phase
Pre-screening with the SureSelect system involves industry-standard aptitude (psychometric) testing, and a pre-designed short interview process.
This phase screens applicants on key skill areas, minimising the number of applicants selected for the Assessment Centre. This reduces your organisation’s investment in systems and staffing and ensures only the best candidates proceed to the next round.
3. Assessment Centre
The SureSelect Assessment Centre is comprised of software-based tests related to the human factors of air traffic control. This phase provides the final analysis to determine how likely a candidate is to succeed as an air traffic controller in your organisation.
