Welcome to the Systems Group career web page. Here you will find information on the different Systems Group teams at Airways, the type of work we do and the different roles available.

Systems Group consists of a team of approximately 130 staff with the vital role of developing and maintaining all the equipment which assists pilots and controllers.

The core services of the Systems group include:

The planning, design, purchase, development, installation and maintenance of Air Navigation Systems (communication, navigation, surveillance, and air traffic management) and supporting infrastructure.

Like the controllers, the Systems staff are also highly trained and professional employees. Airways recruits experienced and qualified engineers and technicians and then provides up to 18 months of in-house training and on-the-job experience to bring them up to speed with Airways' equipment and processes.
