What the team does

An award-winning group of highly skilled software engineers, the Business Solutions Team is responsible for some of the key innovative software developments at Airways.

Current Projects

Two of the current projects are Total-ControlTM – a market-leading air traffic control simulator, and Flight-YieldTM] – a fully automated aviation charging and billing system. Both systems are not only proving invaluable to the Airways business, but also are attracting interest from air navigation service providers world-wide.

Languages

  • We work in a variety of languages including .net and Java (others).

Partnerships

  • We have a partnership with Animation Research Limited, Dunedin’s world-renowned computer animation company, who helped create the computer generated graphics in Total-ControlTM.
