In order to be considered for the February 2011 training course you will need to complete your application by 17/10/2010.

We will advise you if your application meets our entry criteria within fourteen days following your application.

Applicants who successfully pass will be asked to complete a simple on-line Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).

The OPQ must be completed as soon as possible after you receive it via email.
Once the OPQ is completed, candidates with the best overall "fit" for the role will be invited to a testing session.

The testing session involves completing 5 aptitude tests to ascertain if you have the cognitive ability to do the job, e.g. can you visualise how objects will look when moving in three dimensions?

You will need to be available for 4 hours at one of the sites listed. Once you are sent the dates for testing you will need to confirm your availability with us as soon as possible.

Testing sessions will occur in:

  • Auckland
  • Wellington
  • Christchurch

Candidates who successfully complete the testing and have the key skills required, will be invited to an Assessment Centre in Christchurch.

New Zealand travel and accommodation (if required) costs are covered by Airways.
The next Assessment Centre is scheduled to be held in November 2010.

Successful candidates are offered a place on our course within days of the completion of the Assessment Centre process.
