As from March 2008, air traffic controllers and pilots will need ICAO Level Four proficiency in Aviation English.

English for Aviation Safety is designed especially for aviation organisations. English for Aviation Safety training programme is being offered by Aviation English Services (AES), a joint venture with Airways, including specialists who were part of the ICAO PRICE Study Group developing the Aviation English language provisions.
