Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise established under the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1987. Airways provides services on a commercial basis under that Act and is also authorised by Section 99 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and under Part 172 of the Civil Aviation Rules to provide the airways services covered by these Standard Terms.

Movement Statistics

These "movement" statistics refer to any takeoff, landing or missed approach or oceanic overflights handled by Airways New Zealand. Annual figures are from 1 January to 31 December.

Data Sales Pricing

1. The hourly rate for data sales work is $150 per hour, with a minimum charge of $600 (excluding GST) applicable to all sales.
   
   
2. For new on-going data supply arrangements or contracts with external organisations like airports or consulting firms who require regular supply of the same data, a minimum charge of $600 (excluding GST) per month is also applicable if the work done does not exceed 4 hours.

IFIS Internet Flight Information Service

The Airways Internet Flight Information Service (IFIS).

A pre-flight information and flight planning service for operations within the New Zealand Flight Information Region. For complete access to services provided by the site you will need to register.

Register Here Information provided by the IFIS is retrieved directly from the New Zealand AIS/MET database in "real time". MET information provided by Airways is detailed in the AIP NZ.
