New Zealand-based customers can authorise Airways to deduct their monthly balance from a bank account (Direct Debit authority) or credit card (Visa MasterCard Approval Form).
Customers based outside New Zealand can authorise similar deductions from their credit card.
Once you have completed the appropriate form, please forward it to our Customer Accounts team by fax: 04 471 4739 (outside New Zealand 64 4 471 4739); or by post: PO Box 294 Wellington 6140. Please do not email your accounts details.
Your authorisation can be withdrawn at any time by writing or emailing our Customer Accounts team: custacct@airways.co.nz
Your payment will be deducted on the due date, usually the 20th. Where the 20th is not a business day, then first business day following. In the rare event of technical problems, the deduction may be delayed.
Please quote your customer number and contact details on all correspondence.
