Flying with an identifier/operator designator
When only a three letter identifier designator is used to identify a flight, Airways is not able to identify which specific aircraft is being flown Therefore Airways charges are calculated on the heaviest MCTOW for that aircraft type in your fleet.
In order to ensure that the Airways charging calculations reflect the weight of the specific aircraft that is being flown then you must provide the registration mark when filing a flight plan.
